LIQUI MOLY (GL5) actually works, my car has driven 280,000 km and was a bit tight in the gears especially when downshifting, it's not a problem anymore.

If you want to try this oil keep in mind that it is not compatible with all gearboxes and does not solve problems with defective parts, but in my case with worn parts it worked perfectly
