1½ cups mango puree, alphonso or kesar variety
¾ cup Greek yogurt, full fat (or Vanilla ice cream)
1½ tablespoon honey
1½ tablespoons heavy cream, optional
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 pinch salt
