Our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) conference at Port Vale Football Club brought together clinical leads, clinicians, psychologists, social workers, and other key professionals, all dedicated to advancing the world of multidisciplinary teamwork. Hosted by our Deputy Director of Nursing, Zoe Grant, and our Chief Executive, Dr Buki Adeyemo, this North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare engagement event was an inspiring success. Attendees had the unique opportunity to connect, collaborate, and share ideas to enhance MDT practices, driving innovation and excellence in patient care.
