Granola is popular breakfast food from a mixture of oats, nuts,seeds and dried fruits that are baked until crispy. It is a versatile food that can be eaten on its own mixed with milk or yogurt or used as a topping for smoothie bowls or oatmeal. In addition to being tasty, granola is also a healthy breakfast option packed with nutrients.

When choosing store brought granola it is important to read the nutrition label carefully to ensure that it is a healthy option. There is lot of added sugar and oil but my version is using whole grain oats and no sugar and oil. I am using natural sweetener.
