Vitamin B and vitamin B12 are essential for cognition and brain function. Lobster also contains choline, which also contributes to a healthy nervous system. By eating lobster, you can reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.
Phosphorus and calcium play an important role in bone health. Calcium also supports nerve health, and phosphorus nourishes cell membranes. Selenium is an important mineral that you can’t find in many foods. Selenium supports thyroid health and bone health.
You can buy frozen lobster usually in supermarkets. Always defrost your frozen lobster in the refrigerator, not at room temperature. You can eat it as a main course with a side dish or add it to your pasta, salad, or sandwich.
