On Wednesday, March 13th I got a chance to model for artists in Charleston, South Carolina.

It was a figure modeling session - and I decided to film a vlog about my experience throughout the day.

What you will see is my physical activity throughout the day - as I mentioned, figure modeling is a very physical experience for me and I like to get as present and involved as I possibly can with my body right before the session.

Additionally, I take you through my errands in my hometown Columbia, SC and then take you with me all the way to Charleston. There, I was able to record a bit right before my modeling session began and a little during the break.

Another reference is more visual - you can see me using a set of cards that show all the Yin Yoga poses that I practice in this video. My dad gave me this set as a gift, and here is a link to it if you are interested. My dad is a Yin Yoga teacher and often recommends this as a reference guide to his students.I just think it's super nice and easy to practice at home with these cards! At least is certainly is for me...
