Elbit Hermes 450 Multi-role High Performance Tactical UAS is one of the two UAS models ordered as part of Philippine Air Force Unmanned Aerial Systems (Level 3) acquisition project under the Horizon 2 phase of the Revised AFP Modernization Program from Elbit System Israel. Unmanned Aerial Systems (Level 3) project is divided in two (2) lot.

With this UAS Philippine Air Force greatly improves its aerial intelligence capability.
