PowerA Fusion Wired Fightpad Teardown & Reassembly (With D-Pad Crosspiece Comparison to Saturn)

Описание к видео PowerA Fusion Wired Fightpad Teardown & Reassembly (With D-Pad Crosspiece Comparison to Saturn)

A teardown and reassembly of the recent PowerA Fusion Wired Fightpad. As you will see, this is very easy to do and only requires a Phillips #00 precision screwdriver. Short story below on why I opened it up.
My diagonals weren't precise when using this controller, so I figured I'd take it apart to see what was wrong. However, before doing so, I realized there wasn't any video on this, so I decided to film it.

After examining everything, I ended up returning the controller. The face buttons and trigger/shoulder buttons were pretty good, but the D-Pad and its crosspiece are made from noticeably cheaper materials than a real Saturn and, shockingly, the revised Retro-Bit. And as you see from an Amazon review, it can and will eventually break. Cheaping out on the main selling point and still charging $60 is baffling.

I'm now currently using a real Saturn controller with an 8bitdo DIY kit, plus a Retro-Bit with an original Saturn D-Pad.

Anyways, if you read the description, I appreciate it :D And thanks for also watching the video!

P.S. This is my first time filming a teardown like this so excuse any errors lol
