Two months after Typhoon Odette swept through Visayas and Mindanao, PDRF, its private sector network, and partner organizations continued to deliver the immediate needs of communities hardest hit by Odette. However, the scale of damage to infrastructure, agricultural lands, and fishing communities is too great, with thousands of people still displaced and in need of emergency assistance.
