2020's The New Mutants is the final Fox X-Men movie that ends the franchise in a pretty low note. The most interesting thing about this movie is the high number of times it was delayed during the last few years, almost as if Fox didn't want anyone to see it. There were talk of New Mutants reshoots that never ultimately ended up happening, but for some reason Disney that they didn't even put it on Disney plus. In today's Anatomy of a Failure, let's see how reshoots and reworkings in the pre-production stage ensured that this movie never worked so we'll know what to watch out for in the future. The New Mutants (2020)
