About Speaker - Goutami Dutt (Head of Learning and Development)

Goutami has spent two decades in the Organisation Development space, beginning with the early days of online education in the 90s with NIIT and Aptech.

A PGCHRM graduate from XLRI & MDP graduate from IIM-A, she has worked with Eicher & Canon India on large scale SAP implementation. Since 2014, she has headed the L&D function for the online classifieds leader OLX India.
