Lowrider Shovelhead Post Rebuild Service and Checkup Part 1

This video will conduct a service and checkup post rebuild, somewhat late because the garage was out of commission with a house rebuild. A handful and tasks and adjustments will be conducted on the bike.

Oil drain
Oil filter removal
Oil return line removal
Oil tank clean-out
Oil and magnetic plug inspection
Transmission oil change and inspection
New copper oil plug crush washer
Clutch inspection and adjustment
Primary Belt inspection and tension adjustment
Exhaust pipe and bracket refit and adjustment
Oil screen cleaning
Quick carb cleanout
Sparkplug removal
Scheduled pushrod replacement
Battery Replacement
Sparkplug gap and install
Gas tank cleanout
Complete Oil system flushout
Oil return line installation
Oil filter install
Partial chain lubrication
