CANADA'S DOUBLE THREAT! This Winter Pattern Is About To Change in A BIG WAY

Canada is experiencing a sharp contrast in weather as we move through Thursday and into the weekend. While western regions continue to enjoy unseasonably warm temperatures driven by Chinook winds and lingering high pressure, changes are already underway. The ridge across British Columbia is beginning to break down, allowing Pacific systems to bring increasing rain to coastal areas and snow to higher elevations by the weekend.
Meanwhile, colder Arctic air is advancing southward across the Prairies and into eastern Canada. Southern Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada will see light snowfall Friday into early Saturday, followed by strong winds and sharply colder temperatures. Blowing snow and reduced visibility may impact travel, especially near the Great Lakes and across exposed areas.
