Hakka noodles are a popular type of Indo- Chinese street food that blend Indian and Chinese flavors into a delicious stir-fry dish. They are named after the Hakka people, an ethnic group from southern China who migrated to India where this style of cooking became popular.

Ingredients:
Wheat noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, chili, mixed vegetables (bell peppers, cabbage, carrots), with options for chicken or paneer.

1. Cook Noodles: Boil wheat noodles until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.

2. Sauté Aromatics: Stir-fry minced garlic, ginger, and chilies in hot oil in a wok.

3. Add Veggies: Sauté crunchy vegetables (onions, carrots, bellpeppers) until slightly tender.

4. Combine: Add the cooked noodles and sauces (soy, vinegar, chili sauce) to the wok, tossing ever ything well to coat.

5. Finish: Garnish with spring onions and serve hot, often with chili sauce or vinegar on the side.
