Hello guys and welcome to the new one.
In this video I wanted to show you a small preload hack that I picked up way back, it is a fast and easy way to see how preload is set up on your bike, this hack is very useful if you are not very familiar with suspension set up.
Like I said in the video if you want to get the maximum from your bike and suspension I recommend a professional to set your bike for your weight and riding style.
But if you can find someone this hack will get you pretty close.
Preload is not the only adjustment on your suspension, you have rebound and compression but preload is the foundation of suspension setup.
