How I build a bicycle frame bag using X-Pac® VX21 olive fabric

This week, I'm building a Bicycle frame bag using X-Pac® VX21 olive fabric. It is a bag designed around the bicycle frame. You can carry things like a wallet, power bank batteries, energy bars, chocolate and even a water bag!
