Learn to make Bhindi Masala Hotel Style I Bhindi ki hotel jaisi sabzi l भिंडी मसाला सब्जी
Ingredients:
200 gm lady finger
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Dry Mango powder
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 Red chilli powder
1 tsp Corriander powder
1/2 Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp Salt
Method-
Grind together onion and garlic along with 1 tbsp water.
Slit ladyfinger into 1 inch pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add dry mango powder, Cumin powder,black pepper powder and sugar.
Add ladyfinger and cook for 3 minutes on sim. Remove and keep aside.
In the same pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Add onion garlic paste and cook till it turns golden.
Add turmeric powder, corriander powder and red chilli powder and give it a mix. Add salt and mix properly.
Put fried lady finger, press it properly in the masala and cook on sim for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala powder.
Hotel style Bhuindi Masala is ready.
