Bixpy J2 Motor - The Ultimate Kayak Modification

Hey y'all! I wanted to share with you how I installed my Bixpy J2 motor on my Old Town Sportsman 106 PDL kayak. I chose to cut my own rudder, but you can purchase a rudder adapter from Bixpy, as well as several other types of mounting systems. This motor has made a big difference in my kayaking, as I'm able to make it farther on the water, without getting so worn out from just pedaling. The whole system weighs only 9 lbs! At lower speeds, the battery can last up to 12 hours, and at high speed, about 80 minutes. You can also use the battery pack to power other electronics, with the use of the Bixpy auxiliary cord.
