Phase 1 Eblana stall is barely possible with Gummy and Folinic giving ample time to setup Phase 2 and stall it as well. due to the brigadier and the two reviving enemies the stall will eventually fail but at that point the stall has lasted long enough and the only thing left is to finish off the remaining enemies and delay Eblana untill Hellagur and Rosa can finish her off.
