STASHED FOR 50 YEARS! ORIGINAL '65 EL CAMINO SHOW CAR SEES THE LIGHT OF DAY AT THE DRAGSTRIP! BYRON!

This is something you rarely see these days. A '70's World of Wheels Winning show car put away and brought out some 50 years later to of all places the dragstrip! Chuck Zeitler's '65 Chevy El Camino is a true time capsule. As Chuck states about the only thing he did was repaint the car replicating the original lace paint job himself. One other amazing part of the story is this was also Chuck's first time to the dragstrip since he raced right out of high school some 50 years ago. For all who will say how dangerous it is to race on vintage 70's tires Chuck did make all solo passes and took it easy. I for one can tell you I looked at the tires and and everything else and have no doubt it was stored in a climate controlled setting.
