This metal logo taught me Latin

Описание к видео This metal logo taught me Latin

An unreadable metal logo with five letters would normally be a walk in the park... unless the letters aren't exactly there in the first place. And especially not if it's in Latin. This logo is reminiscent of modern cybersigilism and is almost entirely symmetrical, save for a couple of small details that gave me nothing more than hints as to what and where the letters are. It is distinct from the typical "metal logo" aesthetic, but shares some similarities in style with that of Krallice (of the other logos I have looked at so far). Certainly not a challenge to be met by the faint of heart.

This logo was submitted by a viewer on Instagram. If there's a logo that you want me to take a look at, comment the band's name below and I'll consider it for a future episode!

This footage was recorded in anticipation of episode 28 of Deciphering Metal Logos to be released on Instagram. DML, for short, is part of an ongoing series in which I attempt to accurately identify all of the letters in metal band logos – often with some guidance from the original designer.

Fredriksen sadly passed away in 2003. Any comments made about his logo design in the video above are not intended to disregard or disrespect Fredriksen in any way.
