What Is It? | Mahindra XUV 3XO 2024 FAQ #1

Mahindra’s XUV 300 desperately needed a facelift, which has created the 3XO. Here are three things to know about it:

First, it has become more attractive. Its design is certainly dramatic, and it looks striking from the rear. The cabin also has stepped up as it feels more lavish with the colours and the new materials - all of which make it feel richer. It gets more equipment than before, and it also packs a lot of value, especially in its lower variants.

Second, it builds on its big car feel. It’s always been a bit larger than its rivals. It’s also gone back to using 17” wheels. On the inside, it feels more spacious than before, and its engines are peppy. The big step up here is that it’s offering a proper six-speed automatic with both petrol engines.

Third, the catch isn’t that it’s missing out on a few features like ventilated seats, but that its engines are a little too peppy for everyday commuting. However, enthusiasts will love them.
