International:
President Trump has initiated a probe into critical mineral imports, potentially leading to new tariffs. These minerals are essential for defense and tech production, and the move is seen as a national security measure amid rising tensions with China.

Asia:
China has instructed domestic airlines to halt Boeing deliveries, with up to 179 aircraft now in limbo. This direct response to US tariffs intensifies the aerospace rift, potentially impacting future aviation deals and supply chains.
