INGREDIENTS :
1. PLAIN SPONGE - 1 NO
2. CUSTARD POWDER - 2 TABLESPOON'S
3. SEASONAL CUT FRUITS - 2 CUPS
4. SOAKED DRY FRUITS - 1 SMALL CUP
5. ORANGE JUICE - 1 CUP
6. WHIPPED CREAM - 1 BIG CUP
7. SUGAR -1/4 CUP
8. MILK - 1 CUP
9. WATER - 1/4 CUP

METHOD :
1. USE A BAKED CAKE / STORE BOUGHT AND SLICE IT INTO EQUAL HALFS BASED ON THE SIZE AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
2. NOW MAKE THE CUSTARD USING 2 TABLESPOON'S OF CUSTARD POWDER WITH HALF CUP OF MILK AND 1/4 CUP OF SUGAR AND ONCE READY LET IT COOL DOWN .
3. NOW POUR SOME JUICE OF YOUR CHOICE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL AND PLACE ONE SLICE OF THE CAKE AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO.
4. FOLLOW THE STEPS EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO .
5. DECORATE WITH YOUR CHOICE OF FRUITS ON THE TOP AND SET IT THE FRIDGE FOR AT LEAST 3 TO 4 HOURS BEFORE YOU SERVE IT.
