Plot: A highly sexualized, and satirical retelling of the rise and fall of Roman Emperor Gaius Caesar Augustus Germanicus better known as Caligula. An Emperor known for his insanity, cruelty, sadism, and sexual depravity, the film tells the story of how Caligula tried to destroy the entire political system of Rome from the inside out.
