This workshop will highlight core elements integral to high performing teams, and help participants develop necessary skills to cultivate climates where these elements can grow and thrive. This workshop will be facilitated in the context of current and future trends related to distributed work, diverse teams, and cross-cultural competence; integrating frameworks from business, medicine, and clinical psychology, prioritizing sustainability and ‘real world’ application.
