Sometimes when we first start looking for a home we have an entire list of what we want, like a fireplace or air conditioning, etc,.
In a sellers market with fewer homes to choose from, you may want to go over your list of wants and compare them to the list of "needs". While air conditioning may be a need, is it something you can easily add later on instead?

Yes, it’s pretty tough and competitive out there right now and you have made a few if not more offers and you keep on getting the “sorry but we accepted another offer” updates from your agents.

Buying a house in todays market where the demand for homes is so high, can be tough and sometimes frustrating. I know the Oregon Real Estate market has been tough for some time now and have experienced many of those same updates from the other side.

Here is one of many potential suggestions in getting the offer you are writing next to possibly look a little better than the rest. You know, while many times it is about price, there are some other things to consider and that home sellers are considering when they are comparing offers.
