Now Head Chef Red Hog, Katie remembers struggling to find support and confidence early on in her career. Her time in the WCSP empowered Katie to become a leader and now foster inclusivity as she continues to grow and evolve.
Lindsey was able to catch up with Tonya, who opened her own restaurant, Kismet/KY after completing the WCSP. Tonya remembers learning the importance of responsibility and ownership in her mentorship class and strives to bring the same values in her own kitchen.
