I’ll talk about what exactly is EMDR? How does it work, and how can it help to treat dental anxiety? I’ll go on to explain how adults who are anxious about dental care tend to remain anxious throughout their life. I’ll share about the wide range for triggers which can terrify people, including the fear of dental needles or injections, the fear of pain or numbness, or perhaps the sound or sensation of the dental drill itself.
