Each Fall students in CLEMSON RISE have the opportunity to attend BASECAMP - an extended orientation and early move-in program offering students the opportunity to build their personal network, learn more about their innate talents and strengths, and discover and practice teamwork and problem-solving skills.

BASECAMP is a signature program that helps RISE students get off to a strong start at Clemson with a special focus on accelerating their leadership capabilities and exposure to career readiness skills, while having fun! We invite you to join us this fall to accelerate your personal and professional growth while connecting with your classmates, faculty, and staff.

For Fall 2022, two single day sessions of Basecamp will be offered for incoming RISE students on August 17th and 18th.

RISE is a cornerstone first-year experience, recognized for providing the tools, support, and community that students need to be successful in the transition to Clemson and throughout their first year as an engineering, science, computing, or geology student. Join us - your story starts here!
