Alice was just 16 when she found herself in a relationship that turned abusive, not just physically but emotionally too. It took time to heal but today she shares her story with strength and purpose. By speaking out, she hopes to reach other young women who might be feeling confused, isolated, or afraid. As a Women’s Aid ambassador, Alice is passionate about helping others spot the warning signs and know they deserve better.

In this conversation, Alice and Jess share real-life experiences and stress the importance of education and early intervention especially for younger audiences.
