Practice this class to balance and ground your Vata Dosha. It is a mindful, slow paced class - you deserve to slow down and heal the imbalances!
Vata types are exceptionally creative, communicative and brimming with ideas, their skin tends to be dry and rough, and they are physically very active. Since Pitta dosha and Kapha dosha can't move without it, Vata is viewed as the pioneer of the three Ayurvedic Body Types. It is very essential to keep Vata in good balance.

How to know if your Vata Dosha is out of balance? Everything about you is restless – from the way you eat to the way you think, talk, act and sleep! Imbalance can show as poor circulation, muscle spasm, asthma, pain and aches, tightness and dryness in skin and lips.
Imbalance of Vata shows also in the returning anxiety, fidgeting, agitation, and muscle twitching.

But, in balance, the typical vata is vivacious, imaginative, infectiously happy, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
