Narrow 4 Bedroom Tropical House with Courtyard (5 x 30m)

This unconventional 4 bedroom house design makes the most of a narrow plot with a split building design divided into 2 seperate blocks.

The first block "block A" contains the main living areas:
Livingroom
Office (That can be used as a fourth bedroom)
2 Bedrooms uptairs (1 ensuite)
1 Shared bathroom upstairs

The second block "Block B" contains:
The kitchen & Dining room
Pantry
Main bedroom upstairs (ensuite)

This design is perfect for phased construction as you can start with 1 block then build the next when possible making for an affordable house design.

The humble concrete and wood finished added to the tropical courtyard with the pool make for a serene hideout and retreat.
