3tbs of corn flour
2tbsp of rice flour
1tbsp of maida(allpurpose flour)
1tsp of red chilli powder (kashmiri red chilli is best)
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp,garam masal 1/2 tsp
ginger & garlic paste 1tsp
viniger 1 tbsp
curry leaves 2string
salt
