How to add entirely new units and buildings to a map?

In this video, you learn how to add a new unit (Tanks or infantry) or buildings, all you have to do is download the unit then copy the file to the game folder then copy the code if there is code with the files. if not copy any unit from rulesmd.ini file and paste it in the same file then edit that code to let the new unit appear in the game.

you can edit the weapon to be different than other units or search in the internet for code looks like what you need. the image in the right list of infantry should be with the format SHP and for Tanks PCX.
I tried to fix the problem that not let the image appearing in the right list menu of the tanks but not work with me yet for a reason that I don't know.
