On a transformation journey we are constantly removing beliefs that limit us and installing beliefs that will serve us in a new empowered way.

Just like the caterpillar, we will sometimes enter these unknown spaces in which we are moving from one version of us to the next. But unlike the caterpillar, we have relationships and storylines all over the place in our lives.

Even though when we change, our world changes with us, sometimes we reignite old timelines that are yet to be evolved. When we do, we can feel disorientated as we no longer relate to the old stories and find the new energy that is us almost having a vibrational battle with the old stories. This will bring them up, along with old beliefs and definitions about reality that are stored in our nervous system to be evolved and diluted by the new version of us.

However, if we let those old storylines convince us back into the past, thats what will happen. We must understand our body is simply releasing these stories, these beliefs and these definitions and let ourselves meet the old with the new and that's called wisdom baby.
