MWO Build & Skills : High DPS Dakka Black Widow

So the Black Widow is one of the nicer Inner Sphere Hero (Heavy) Mechs due to its 4 Ballistic hardpoints in the Side Torsos with some energy hardpoints, all quirked nicely.

Although not a fan of the Warhammer chassis (heresy! ikr!), I do like this high DPS build due to the amount of damage it can shoot out in a short period of time albeit being really fragile due to the XL engine.
