2 KAFFIR LIME LEAVES, FINELY SLICED
3 STALKS LEMON GRASS
5- 6 DRIED CHILLI
1 CINNAMON STICK
3 PCS. STAR ANISE
3 PCS. DRIED CLOVES
3 PCS. CARDAMOM SEEDS
1 THUMB SIZED GALANGAL, GRATED
2 TABLESPOON TAMARIND PULP, SOAKED IN WATER
SALT TO TASTE
3 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1 RED SMALL ONIONS, MINCED
1 TABLESPOON RAW SUGAR
