Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC, NYSE:DEC) is buying Canvas Energy in a $550 million deal backed by Carlyle. The bolt-on acquisition boosts production by 13% and is expected to add $155 million in earnings (EBITDA) over the next year.

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) has brought four new wells into production in Colombia. Together they are producing over 4,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

Challenger Energy Group PLC (AIM:CEG, OTCQB:BSHPF) has completed first-phase technical work at Uruguay’s AREA OFF-3. It found up to 980 million barrels recoverable and launched a farm-out process to bring in partners.

accesso Technology Group PLC (LSE:ACSO, OTC:LOQPF) says it remains on track to hit full-year targets. Summer trading was strong, with net cash rising to $25.4 million.

ANGLE PLC (AIM:AGL, OTCQX:ANPCY) is expanding partnerships with big pharma and medtech companies. Talks are underway on major contracts, even as revenues slipped in the first half.

Astrid Intelligence PLC (AQSE:ASTR) has put in place an “at the market” share sale deal with Oak Securities. It’s also preparing to start trading its shares on OTC Markets in the US.
