Did this Beyblade inspire the Metal Saga and GINGA HAGANE'S PEGASUS?!?!?!

We revisit the plastic generation with a....G-revolution PEGASUS unboxing? Torch/Flame Pegasus is a twin of Thunder Pegasus. They both represent the Pegasus bit-beast, but Flame Pegasus' owner resembles one of our favourite metal series blader.... Raul Fernandez has some similar color themes and styles to GINGA! We're not sure, but did Raul inspire Ginga's character and the Metal Fight series?
