Homemade remote gate opener

This is my homemade remote gate opener. cost about 16000 RS
most of the spares I took from Old Junk items
open and closing time 27 sec.
It works on 12v 7 MAH battery using in normal computer UPS and night time charging from gate light
Chain drive system. Old hero honda chain used (find it form bike workshop free of cost )
14 mm Shaft with 14 teeth sprocket
using the clutch system in case power failure disengage the chain sprocket

Items used
12 v DC motor with worm gear .tourqe 190 nm
Some relays 12 V 16amp
RF remote sensor 200 mtr range with 2 remote one in car and one in home
for safety IR obstruction sensor. connected with the timer relay ( i set 10 sec wait time if ant obstruction comes in between)

overload cut of switch for one more safety ( any small obstruction other than normal operating condition overload will cut off .Kids can push it and stop the gate I have naughty kids in my home :d)
