My favorite Turkey Pasta Bowl! 🔥

In a large pan over med-high heat add 1 Tbs oil

Once pan is hot add 3-4 cloves minced Garlic and 1/2 cup chopped onions, once fragrant add 2lbs ground turkey and season with 1 tsp each oregano, chili, and Paprika. 1 TBS of cumin and a hefty pinch of salt and pepper.

Add 3 chopped zucchini, 1 jalapeño, and kernels from 2-3 cobbs corn, as well as 1 cup black beans, 1 can fire roasted tomatoes, 3 Tbs tomoato paste and 2-3 Tbs coconut aminos, 1 juiced lime and 3/4 cup stock of any kind.

Mix all together, let simmer covered for 10-15 minutes!

serve over your favorite pasta or with some chips, top with cilantro and some low skim mozzarella! 💥
