How To Set Your Revenue Goals

If you don't know how to set your revenue goals someone else will.

Hitting your revenue goals can be hard if you don't practice goal setting.

In this video i'm going to break down my tips on how to set goals, specifically around revenue.

In today's world it's easy to see what others are doing on facebook or instagram and just "adopt" or "borrow" someone else's goals.

"$1 million in revenue? That sounds cool, I want that. "

The problem with adopting or borrowing other peoples goals is that you don't have the true connection to the outcome that keeps you responsible.

When something goes wrong and you're off track you'll have less reason to stick to it cuz it really wasn't your goal in the first place.

I was guilty of this for a while and until I actually sat down and figured out how to set goals.

Try these tips on for size when it comes to how to set your revenue goals this year.
