Chase Stokes Talks ‘Outer Banks’ Season 3 & Kelsea Ballerini

Chase Stokes is gushing over his "Outer Banks" fans and reflecting on his rise to stardom since the release of the series. "As an actor and as an artist it’s such a pipe dream to have a moment like this so I think it’s just a lot of ‘Oh my gosh we’re actually doing this," he told Access Hollywood at the Season 3 premiere. The 30-year-old also revealed if he is a bigger planner than Kelsea Ballerini. "OBX" Season 3 hits Netflix Feb. 23.
