Its simple, you have to invest your money in those sectors which have the maximum probability of booming that year. It is very important to first select the sector/sectors where you want to invest your money in and the select the best stocks within those sectors.
After doing a lot research we have a conviction that the following sectors are likely to perform well this year-
1 Automobile industry- this year the passenger vehicles are expected to hit record high. Along with ease of supply chain this sector is expected to perform well this year.
2. Capital goods industry- with government spending a hefty amount of budget on infrastructure of india, the capital goods industry will boom this year and also for a few years ahead.
3. Banking sector- our favourite sector for this and the next 5 years, banking sectors are expected to penetrate even deeper in the india’s economy. With modernisation and digitalisation of payments along with the high increase of credit creation in the economy, banking sector becomes our top pick for 2023 and a few years to come.

The sector which we are not so enthusiastic about this year is IT sector. Even though it has a great role to play in fueling india’s economic growth, the looming global recession makes it difficult for IT sector to provide good returns. All in all it seems to be a tough year for the IT sector.
