Un-Live PD 7 - ISP Traffic Stop - Some "Heroic" Retaliatory Invrstigation Too

Hint: Losing Subs after a vid post - Makes Me Laugh, for numerous reasons...
The act isnt the main focus. Just as in the Law, "Intent" & Timing is important. When analyzing the totality of the circumstances, I believe this is logical, and factual: 1. He sees me recording. He waves, and receives no response. 2. He does not leave, he moves to a position to obtain my Plate Info. 3. When considering motive, consider whether he would have acted in the same manner, had he not seen me recording. When considering Retaliation, consider that his "Investigatory" actions were immediately AFTER his realization I was engaged in the Lawful activity of Documenting a Public Official (Himself) in the Course of his Tyranny...oops...Duties. Cause & Effect is important. When considering Tyranny, consider that it is textbook Intimidation Tactics to respond to a citizen engaged in a lawful activity, by choosing to, having the desire to, and acting to obtain information to be used in a subsequent Invrstigation (running a plate IS an "investigatory" act). 2 + 2 = 4, thus he is NOT a "hero," he is a worthless Tyrant, who engages in AT LEAST mild Intimidation & Retaliation Tactics, against a private citizen engaged in a Lawful/Protectd Activity, once he discovers such actity has occurred, or is occurring, and if he found a "crime" (expired registration, dead tag, etc.) he would then further his Retaliatory action with articulable reason for contact/detention, and possible citations. Tyrant. My opinion...I stand by it.

At a certain point, I started calling my "cop watch" vids "Un-Live PD," as a middle finger to the whiners and snowflakes that cried to have Live PD shows cancelled. I didn't have the desire to watch them, but others should have the choice, DESPITE the feelings of those who don't like those shows. Cancel Culture pansies are worthless to the world, imho.

Normally i'd tell you to just Thumbs-Down for my entertainment, but half of the entertainment was everyone being able to see the Thumbs-Down Count, which CensorTube took away in their infinite "wisdom." So, if you feel the need, just thumbs-down for what it's worth, and then curse me through your screen. I still DGAF if my opinions are liked, or not. Even less so now (if that is possible). My opinions are as they are, though some may have altered slightly, some one way, some the other, since I originally started my channel.

2. I enjoy documenting government officials, tyrants, in black robes, prosecutors, & police, in the course of their duties/tyranny.

General/Superficial Beliefs:
1. 2-Tiered "(In)Justice" system. "Justice" in this country is a fallacy, as we sit like dogs by the Tyrants' tables, waiting for table scraps, and are expected to say "thank you" to oxygen-wasting judges, prosecutors, or police within the In-Justice system. F 'em. Nooses, and firing squads for Tyrants. (I said it...I meant it.)
2. Most working in, or for, the system, who actually want to be on the side of Freedom, & Liberty, & ACTUAL Justice, if they rock the figurative boat, and/or call out the bad, are pushed out of the "loop" and often treated like an enemy of their profession, a non-team-player, and are ostracized.
3. However, even #2 being true, THEY make their choice to either work in the Tyrant-Controlled/influenced profession while ignoring & turning a blind eye to the willful tyranny, or to stand up for "right," or to fall in line and be willing participants in the Tyranny. As such, I stand by my labelling them as Tyrants. It is well past the point of just keeping your head down as an "officer," and not being a "part" of the infringements, violations, abuses, & Tyranny of dictators above you, or those you call "coworkers." That might have been appropriate long ago, but that point is long past. They need to stand up, call out, and fight, or they are no better than those they claim are the problem, and they are no better than the Tyrants in their profession, and no better than those passing out edicts, commands, laws, orders, (whatever word you prefer) TO the police profession, & they ARE acting on behalf of the Tyranny, & as the ENEMY of "we the people." If you enforce, or otherwise in any way support, condone, or enable Tyranny...you're a Tyrant. Period.
4. They need to make their choice, and stand, OR FALL with it. No sympathy, empathy, sorrow, nor regret for the consequences of their own actions. They have none for us. So those choosing the side of Tyranny, should receive the Reward Tyrants, & their puppets, have earned. Police EARN Their Own Hate Daily. If "ignorance of the law..." is "no excuse," then "Ignorance of Rights/ Freedom" should be "no excuse.”
