Quite the challenge this one... and not for the faint of heart. I took on this challenge since our 2000 Sienna van had wet carpet on the drivers side and it felt and smelled like coolant. I assumed it was a faulty heater core which visually doesn't appear to be problematic although I did find a couple of large o-ring fragments that washed out when I flushed it after it was removed. This video is only for the disassembly and scenes were pieced together (hopefully enough to follow along) and I did not review before publishing since it is nearly 1 hour long. I plan to do a follow up showing the reassembly....
