ILTCareers- A Career Portal on Community Care Professions

The ILTC career portal (ILTCareers, www.ILTCareers.sg), an initiative by the AIC and ILTC Manpower Council, aims to increase awareness of the diverse and fulfilling jobs available in the Community Care sector and to attract more people to join the sector. It is Singapore’s first dedicated portal for ILTC careers and seeks to be the one-stop platform to amass job postings of ILTC service providers and to be another vehicle for their recruitment purpose.

The career portal also enables jobseekers - fresh graduates, mid-career switchers, retirees and back-to-work parents - to find out about various ILTC professions and job openings in the sector.

The portal targets ILTC employers as well as jobseekers who are keen to contribute to the Community Care sector. .
