Increasing Shooting Distances - Especially for Beginner and Intermediate Archers

Firstly, let me start by saying that I'm no expert archer.
I do however care passionately about helping those who are on the same path that I've already trodden.
This video is about those nervy times when you want to shoot further than 8/10/12mtrs but you've maybe never done it.
How do you approach that task of increasing your shooting distances without everything falling apart?
