She Who Lifts, Lifts Her Life...

Today, women face so many misconceptions when it comes to strength training & fitness in general - if you lift too much, you'll look a certain way; if you're lifting too little, you're not working hard enough.

The She Who campaign was created to put an end to these stigmas by celebrating every day women and showcasing how they use lifting to elevate their day to day jobs as well as their lives. Whether you're a mum, a nurse or a firefighter, you encompass the principles that you take from lifting & strength training to your day to day life: discipline, resilience, even the ability to lift your child from the floor.. these are all important factors.

For this campaign, we wanted to make it even more special and authentic by featuring Oner Active community members and have been so honoured to work with these three incredible women: Lavena, Kiara & Lindsay. Over the next few days, we will give you an insight into each of their stories and what a typical day looks like for them.

She can have it all, she can be who she wants to be, she can do anything she wants to do - let's never forget that 🖤
